[Typo3-dev] Few days left until patent on LZW algorithm expires

Hi *,

as the german IT-News service heise.de [1] publishs, the patent on the 
LZW algorithm expires completely in a few days.

One year ago the US-Patent expired,
today the european ones follows,
the day after tomorrow the japanese expires
and on july 7th the canadian one is history.

Now a full-featured gif is possible.
