It's not uncommon that small and medium-sized companies hire (cheap)
students (Werkstudenten) to do the "dirty work". And some of this
work include maintaining their web-page.
And students normally like the open-source stuff, so it's probably common
for students to bring Typo3 to the companies. More students knowing (and
liking) it will probably have it introduced in more companies.
Many students finish their study and keep on the same company, so I think
it could be a good point to lure students to this kind of conference too.
Being a student myself I wouldn't mind paying 10-15 EUR to go to such a
conference, but I would certainly mind paying 100-200 EUR.
