[Typo3-dev] Install from CVS version

When checking out the HEAD from CVS and installing i get this error:

Fatal error: Failed opening required
'/var/www/html/filemanager/typo3/ext/install/mod/class.tx_install.php'
(include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/TYPO3core/typo3/init.php on

</snip>

But in typo3/ext/install/mod there is no class.tx_install.php

I guess there is a never version of the install tool (Im using the one
bundled with 3.6.0), but where can I get that? Is it in cvs somewhere on the
typo3xdev repository? Or did i miss something essential at some place?
