[Typo3-dev] to kasper/TER owner: help for translators

You have to be logged into the site and translator, then it shows all 
extensions with respective language marked with 'X' background red which 
are not fully translated (and with green background if they are 100% done).

This has been working since page was established.

Hint: if You use eg. Mozilla, you can pick (from 'pencil') extensions to 
be translated into different tabs so that you can simultaneously 
translate many. This is the way to save some waiting time due heavy load 
of the site.(I've done so and that's why Finnish is always 100% 
translated without any unneccessary time spending.)
