But maybe put yourself in the place of someone on the mailing list who
doesn't already know what you're talking about (this is probably almost
everybody else...)

This email has a totally uninformative subject line - exactly the kind
of subject line that every mailing list on earth practically *begs*
members not to use - *and* all we get inside is 'can anyone help?' The
only reason I even bothered to look at the archive to find the original
post was because the unhelpful subject line was bugging me. Then I find
that you have changed the subject line TWICE now...
