[Typo3-dev] TYPO3 complexity in general

A little known secret; 

TYPO3 has many options mostly because I felt incapable of deciding which
one should be the only possibility... so I just made it configurable. 

This is of course a caricature but it is also quite true for much of my
thinking and it will stay that way as long as we have no usability
designers and analysist attached to the core development on a regular
basis.
