[Typo3-dev] Upload limatation leads to low quality in documentation

Hello admins,

I tried to do a good work and wrote a nearly full documentation for
vcd_archive and vcd_calendar as proposed in the guidelines. But doeing so 
results in having upload problems of new versions because the upload limit 
is to low.

According to the official recommendations I have to upload the extension 
first with a small dummy documentation and then merge the documentation as 
doc review in a second step into the extension.

I did this procedure over 20 times now an I got really tired of it. It 
leads me to collecting bugfixes and instead of uploading them instantly.

Another fact is, that documentation and development loose synchronization 
because of this handycaps.

I suggest to set up the upload limit to higher value (puls 50% - 100%) if 
you expect people to deliver good documentations together with their 
extensions and not only fragments.
