[Typo3-dev] Announcement: TYPO3 wiki up and running

Sorry I dont get the workflow.

What is if I want to start a new documentation say about "Tip and Tricks 
with tt_news" or something like that. I have to write it in OO? Then 
somebody discuss about it? ...

Is it possible to add a new documentation in wiki ad hoc? It may be good 
so developers and all other people could add her knowledge to this. So 
it is possible to write documentations together with others and so on..
