[Typo3-dev] If in backend-mode then read image from this folder...

as far as i have understood typo3's uploaded files management.. users 
uploads go into the upload/blabla folder, and you can't manage it, as 
you can with the fileadmin.

event in the backend, inserting a new record with a normal upload field 
(that is, not using typo's inegrated file browser), they go in the 
predefined upload folder.

maybe a solution would be to configure the extension to use a 
fileadmin/myimages/ folder instead, (but i didn't check it)

maybe someone with more understanding of deep typo's logic can explain 
the situation better thann me..
