[Typo3-dev] Wrong SQL syntax from the old kickstarter

Hi guys,

since mySQL 4.1+ isn't so forgiving on the syntax the "old" kickstarter 
created would it make sense to do a regex over all extensions that fix 
the DEFAULT and auto_increment issue?

This way we would have all extensions with a correct syntax at once.
