[Typo3-dev] tt_address plans?

It seems like that people like the model where we move data like
phonenumber and so on to tt_address.
So we have a fe_users table containing:
username
password
usergroup

And a tt_address table containing:
address info
phone info
and other details

Don't know in which way these two tables should be linked. MM? no?

Are these changes on the drawing board or are there currently being
implemented. Or...?

When having all the userdata in fe_users table it's possible through
Typoscript to say that I only want to display people who are members of
a certain group.
Would it be possible to do the same thing also Through TS but with the
fe_users <> tt_address setup?
And how?
