[Typo3-dev] Image Cropper

I didn't have a look at what you did, but to me it only makes sense if you 
combine it to the other image-content-elements, so that other functions like 
grayscaling do also work. That is why we thought about integrating it into 
fileadmin.

In the long run, I think separating those does not make much sense. But 
there might still be use for it this way for some people.
