[Typo3-dev] Postgresql compatibility

Ries,
the tar.bz2 file contains the typo3 code, modified so that it can use
the DBAL code. The way I got it to work was like this:
1) Installed the modified code contained in
TYPO3core.DBAL.20040806.tar.bz2
2) Started typo3 with a dummy MySQL backend.
3) Installed the dbal extension with the extension manager. (For some
reason putting hacking the localconf.php file didn't work)
