[Typo3-dev] Extending the fe_users table

even though i'm not a programmer my two cents on this:
i think it is quiet obvious that user data should be recorded in just one
table.
i would imagine thtat it is out of history that there was something like
tt_address and tt_users. IMHO, there should be one table, with detailed
information about sex, first name (!), last name(!), user picture, contact
information etc. etc.
what about putting a flag into the user table "is FE user" or "is BE user" ?
wouldn't that be a smarter approach to store user data? also, having one
table would make it easier to collect/interchange data, for example a batch
impoirt/export of users from existing databases...
