If it is made the right way, this should not be a problem. But things
can be made wrong even if they work. They can be made inconsistently,
they can be slow, they can contain security holes, they can be
implemented the wrong place and they can add unnecessary overhead. All
this may lead to a future limitation or need for redesign. And that is
the reason why everything that goes into the core goes through me.

(I just wanted to take the opportunity to explain this principle).
