[Typo3-dev] Typo3 site needs a MySQL table repair?

Hi all,

sorry if this is the wrong list, then please point me to the right one.

When trying to annote the docs (Modern Template Building, 1.3.6 Creating
the menu) I got the following message on top of page content:

Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL
result resource in
/www/htdocs/_data/typo3.com/typo3_src-3.6.0RC2/t3lib/class.t3lib_db.php
on line 689

With 3.6.0RC1 this usually indicates some broken cache table (most often
'cache_pages', sometimes 'cache_pagesection') and it's assumed to have
to do with the MySQL version. A 'repair table cache_pages' SQL statement
normally fixes that.

I havn't installed RC2 yet, thus I could not look up
'class.t3lib_db.php' (non-existent in RC1), I assume it has to do with
the new DB abstraction layer? So might be it is a hint about something
more serious than a broken cache table.

The annotation itself is shown correctly, but I can't edit it, as the
existing annotations ain't shown in the 'Annotate documentation' page.

Someone please care about that?

regards

Georg (aka xlerb)
