[Typo3-dev] Error in CVS RC2...

Hi

I get this error in with a CVS version (RC2) that I've just put up:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in
/var/lib/typo3/cvs/TYPO3core/t3lib/class.t3lib_userauth.php on line 199

I get this error when clicking the View, Template, Images, Task center,
Setup, User admin etc.  Some submodules like page, fileadmin doesn't get
this error.
