[Typo3-dev] DBAL and Project Management Ext

Hi Devs,

Two more project descriptions were released just now.

The DBAL-project is decribed by Andreas Otto (Thanks!) and addresses the
compatibility issues with others RDBMS's than MySQL.

The Project Manager is an extension development aiming at many different
application fields providing sophisticated Gantt-functionality.
