[Typo3-dev] building a content (article) base supporting dublin core metadata

This is called DAM (Digital Asset Management) and is currently produced by Rene Fritz. It will be finished within a month at latests since we need it for a project.
You can ask Rene for details but definitely your idea is exactly what DAM does (but it does a lot more as well).
