[Typo3-dev] Virtual quota setting

Hi

How do I enable a new setting in the install tool ? Can it be done in an
extension?

I would like that there's a file upload limit for the fileadmin dir.

So when setting the quota to 200 mb, the BE user is only able to upload 200
mb through Typo3 fileadmin.

I think it would be quite useful.
