Well.... No.

It's a way of developing websites very fast, as you just control php-scripts
you set up once. Example: www.heuing.com, that is done within 4 hours
inclusive thinking about design, setting it up in photoshop, setting up the
whole thing within typo3. I don't think it would have been possible with PHP
straight away...
