[Typo3-dev] typo3_site_url

Hi there,

in my extensions I use t3lib_div::getIndpEnv('TYPO3_SITE_URL') (which is
based on REQUEST_URI). However this seems to give problems for some people
(ISS I think).

Any way to deal with this?
