[Typo3-debian] Fatal Error with Tempavoila

I don't think that TemplaVoila will ever work with 3.5.0.

You can always safely remove all typo3conf/temp_* files.

I expect this has nothing to do with Debian. Anyway, you should update to
3.6.0RC+ (the one you got in Kitzbühel).
