AW: [Typo3-debian] typo3 3.7 install problems

Hi,

please show us the printout of "phpinfo", because it looks like your php is
configured to "safe mode". Just copy&paste the following lines into a file
called e.g. info.php on your server (, give it execution rights if
necessary), start it in your browser and copy us the printout of this page
or send us the complete link, if your machine is public.

   phpinfo();
?>

Furthermore it seems as if the file permissions are not set correctly.
However, this issue can be related to safe mode as well.
