the source code said: database not found.

have a look at your configuration in: yoursite/typo3conf/localconf.php

there are four database attributes:
$typo_db_username
$typo_db_password
$typo_db_host
$typo_db

make sure they fit.

btw., increase your php memeory limit to more than 8 Mbyte
