Where is the relevant line or better what should this line look like. I
can't find anything about GDLIB in php.ini? So how to enable this GDLIB
module in php?

I will some day. I managed to fix it like this:

Setup a user in MySQL
Make a database in MySQL to be used by Typo3
Give proper permissions to this new user for this database

Fire up Typo3 install, same error messages. Now putting the user / database
etc. I created myself and after this everything went okay. I will however
install/configure a thirth website (as test) someday and tell you what this
error message was/is.
