[Typo3-UG CH] Log-in problems

Hello all,
i'm a typo3 newbee and i've got some problems.
after my log-in some errors are showed:

 Warning: fopen(/home/www/web414/html/typo3/dummy/typo3temp/charset_iso-8859-1.tbl): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/www/web414/html/typo3/dummy/typo3/t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php on line 2012

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/www/web414/html/typo3/dummy/typo3/t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php:2012) in /home/www/web414/html/typo3/dummy/typo3/template.php on line 596 

can somebody help me???
