[TYPO3-UG Oesterreich] Fatal Error at Translation Extension

Hey everybody -

I've got a problem using the Translation extension in Version 4.1.12
I want to change the language to german and all i get is the error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: curl_init() in C:\Programme\typo3\htdocs\...\t3lib\class.t3lib_div.php on line 2382

... i've already done:

- set curlUSE to "1"
- ";" from extension=php_curl.dll deleted 
- allow_curl_fopen= ON

Can anybody help me?
