[Typo3-UG Oesterreich] Installationstool einzelne Schritte werden nicht angezeigt!!

Hallo Community,

bei mir funktioniert das Installationstool leider noch immer nicht:

folgende Fehlermeldungen werden durch einen Aufruf von bei einem Aufruf 
von 
http://typo3.motiondata.at/typo3/install/index.php?mode=123&step=1&password=joh316 
("Die Seite kann nicht angezeig werden") im /var/log/httpd/error_log 
geloggt.
