 Hast du im Install Tool einen Datenbank Vergleich + Update gemacht?
 Lösch' auch alle temp_XXX Dateien in typo3conf und ev. PHP Caches.

 Wenn's das nicht ist, setz' "debugOutput" in t3lib/class.t3lib_db.php
 auf true, dann siehst du um welche Tabelle es geht.
