[TYPO3-asia] How to get the Selected Region Langugage into a .ts page

I am Using a form which is in a file named as search.ts, I have multple languages for multiple regions, when the users visiting the site according their specific language based pages need to show for that I need to get the Language which they are selected eithe from URL or from the code can any one please suggest me how to catch the selected language. The code is as follows:
I need dynamic URL on form action.
