[TYPO3-announce] TYPO3 13.4.28 and 12.4.45 maintenance releases

Dear TYPO3 Community,

today we've released TYPO3 13.4.28 LTS and 12.4.45 LTS, which are ready for you to download.

All versions are maintenance releases only.

TYPO3 v12.4.45 is expected to be the last public release of TYPO3 v12 before the branch enters the ELTS (Extended Long-Term Support) phase on April 30, 2026. From that date onward, continued support for v12 will be available as a commercial service.

At the same time, TYPO3 v13 will transition to the priority bugfixes phase, meaning it will only receive security and compatibility fixes going forward.
