[TYPO3-announce] Announcing TYPO3 12.4.13 LTS

Hello TYPO3 Community,

today we've released TYPO3 12.4.13 LTS, which is ready for you to download.

This version is a maintenance release and contains bug fixes only.
This release especially addresses an issue with the Context Menu previously being wrongly positioned.
