[TYPO3-announce] Announcing TYPO3 12.0.0 sprint release

Dear TYPO3 Community,

The TYPO3 community has just released TYPO3 v12.0.0. This is the first of five releases we plan to make over the next six months on the way to the long-term support release in April 2023.
