[TYPO3-announce] Announcing TYPO3 9.5.26 maintenance release

Dear TYPO3 World,

We've just released TYPO3 version 9.5.26.

This version is a maintenance release only, and fixes a minor regression that was introduced in version 9.5.25 regarding deserialization of FileReference object state.
