[TYPO3-announce] Announcing TYPO3 10.4.3 and 9.5.18 maintenance releases

Dear TYPO3 World,

today we've released TYPO3 CMS versions 10.4.3 LTS and 9.5.18 LTS, which are ready for you to download.

These versions are maintenance releases and contain bug fixes only. They aim to reduce and fix side-effects of recent TYPO3 v10.4.2 and v9.5.17 releases.
