[TYPO3-announce] Announcing TYPO3 4.7.0rc1

Dear TYPO3 friends,

Today, the community released the Release candidate for TYPO3 version 4.7.0.

A release candidate represents a version we see as candidate for the 
final Release - if no blocking bugs come up. We recommend to upgrade 
live installations and create new projects based on TYPO3 version 4.7.
