[TYPO3-announce] Announcing TYPO3 4.0 Release Candidate 3

Dear all,

one week after TYPO3 4.0 Release Candidate 2 we are happy to announce 4.0rc3, 
the "final" release candidate. It is planned that this is the last release 
before 4.0 final, only urgent bugs will be fixed from now.

The following Problems have been fixed:
- Extension dependencies in the import/export tool are working now
- Some backend language issues were fixed
- Problems in the Extension Manager have been fixed
- Minor fixes to css_styled_content have been implemented (IMGTEXT object)
- Fixes for the Undo/History function
- Changes to the workspaces functionality

For a complete list of changes have a look at the ChangeLog file that ships 
with the source package.

Please test the new release candidate and report bugs to 
http://bugs.typo3.org/. Do not forget to set the product version of the bug 
report to "4.0rc3".
