[Tycon3] T3CON08: Tutorial fee, agenda, topics

Hi all,

end of early bird comes closer and I would like to order my seat, but I
wonder that so far:

- there is absolutely no agenda
- no list about tutorials
- no information about tutorial fees
- and whether tutorials need to order a T3CON ticket to participate

Even that I very much like to attend and to contribute, to pay blanco
without any idea about what will happen is not my thing.

Are there any plans when those information will be available?

I'm sure that T3CON08 will be great, same as T3DEV08 was.
