It seems that the link is cached an it's linking to proc-templ_01.tar,
however I download the proc-templ.tar but in the .tex file I see the
next lines:

\title{Conference proceedings\\2nd TYPO3 Conference}

\author{Karlsruhe, Germany\\5th --  8th october 2006}
---

Nothing have changed for me :-(, maybe it's a cache problem.
