all TYCON3 videos (incl. Kasper's Keynote) are available now. You can 
download them at the TYCON3 website 
(http://tycon3.typo3.org/talks_download.html) or alternatively you can use 
RealMedia streams provided by ZeMM of the University of Karlsruhe:
