[Tycon3] promotion: where are the banners and press announcements?

hello fellow tycon3 organizers.

i have seen, that the conference registration has begun.

now i am missing some kind of announcement on typo3.org and typo3.com.
also there are banners missing.
then we would need a press release that could be sent to the different 
chanels..

who is in charge of this? anyone? when will this happen?

any help needed?
