Hi.

Good to see you all in such enthusiastic mood.

Just for the "nerds-are-not-interested-in-soccer" fraction among you let 
me point out that we are having the FIFA world championship in germany 
next summer.

With media and fans combined that will definitaly mean that 
hotel/youth-hostel rooms will be extremely rare during summer at least 
in the participating cities.

Which is an argument against HH, although I would prefer it of course.
