[Tycon3] very similar papers, what to do?

Hi there,

IMHO I think it's OK with some overlap, specialy since you typically have to
choose between some or more subjects leaving others out, right? I dunno how
many rows/tracks there will be, but I'm in favor of Nr. 2 + 3 giving the
authors the opportunity to explain the differences in an abstract ...
