At this point we only need input, and people thinking about giving a 
speech. We have one person programming on our conference tool, to
implement the needed changes we found from the EuroBSDCon.

OK, lets than shoot for 11.9.-14.9. I'll ask the hotel if this date
is ok with them. Lets than talk about some details at the Snowboard Tour
then setup a website with Call for papers first, plus we need a programming
committee which votes for speeches. (We are busy implementing a voting
thing, so that any commitee member can vote for the speaches any time
until a given date.
