[TYPO3-t3board] Talk about distributed patching with composer

Hi everyone,

I'd like to invite you to a talk on wednesday (22nd, after lunch at the 
nerd room above the speedy restaurant): I will show you a solution for 
installing, uninstalling and updating patches on any composer packages 
and how to provide them within packages or from a server.

Also I'll talk about our new TYPO3 composer installer.
