It's like every year.
The hotel is on the mountain.
To get to the mountain you have two options:
a) Walk up
b) buy the skipass

IIRC it was something like 200 - 230 euros (not sure though).

Payable at the gondola station Laax-Murschetg in Cash (Euros or SFR), 
Creditcard or EC Card.

Additional info:
For those who might get stuck on trains or similar:
If you think you're not going to make it in time (around 16:30) you can 
call +41 (0)81 927 70 01 and try to convince them to wait for you.
Within a timeframe of 30min this seems to be doable.
If you arrive at 18:00 or later, you're pretty much screwed.
