well... maybe I should not say something like that here on a TYPO3
mailinglist, but why not install Gallary2 [1] there?
It's a easy to handle web gallery, everything is done in frontend, you
can allow others to upload images in their folder(s) and I checked it
some weeks ago and made good experiences with it.

If you don't want to have any work with it and just want to add
subscribers in case you know them, we could try it.
But let us talk about it at Naomis bar while having a beer... or two.  ;)
