The shuttle is a bus, waiting for you just in front of the building, and 
you don't even have to change the train. I remember it also being a lot 
cheaper than a regular ticket by train (roughly if I remember right: 25€ 
  versus >60 CHF). So if you come again, mail Laax and ask for the 
shuttle ;-)
