[TYPO3-t3board] T3BOARD10 registration opens on 1st of october 2009

Hi

Just to note, the time when registration opens is wrong.

10GMT+1 is 11am in Europe (10am in Britian), and although it does seem 
trivial it might very well mean that one has a booked place or not!
